Summer’s end doesn’t mean you park your grill! Listen to The Grillin’ Guys BBQ radio show for August 30th, 2014.

Segment 1: Jop is live from the Grillin’ Guys Studio with special guest host Chas Thompson from Schmohz Brewery as they begin the show by discussing the difference between hops and malts. The guys also dive into some grilled vegetables.

Segment 2: The guys dish out a Pork Rollup recipe along with prepping your meat, fish, or vegetables for the grill the next day.

Segment 3: The guys talk to Colton from Al and Bob’s Sports about what’s available in their archery department with the hunting season around the corner. The guys also give out ideas on what to do with your leftover venison. Chas also discusses his fall beers available at his brewery.

Segment 4: The guys check in with BBQ Bob out in Anchorage, Alaska on his business trip. Chas gives out another “Man Law” on steak.
