Tommy Brann also talks about “The Ten to Defend” gathering this Wednesday he is holding to defend free enterprise.

Segment 2: The guys talk about a tip they got from a listener named Sandy Graham from the Alto Library about “Winning and Wining in North America” (Michigan Wines getting national recognition). They also talk about Michigan Wines accelerating the pace in terms of a steady growth from year to year. Jop also gives out some inexpensive grill Christmas ideas for guys.

Segment 7: BBQ Bob dishes out a Smoked Turkey Breast recipe that goes well for the holiday season. The guys also talk about properly cooking poultry in terms of smoking it (without getting your customers or guests sick). Producer Bryan Fongers also chimes in with the guys on the Big Ten Championship game with Wisconsin and Michigan State.

Segment 9: The guys talk to Ryan Burns and Andy Serba from the Corazon Restaurant, and they have a catering company as well called Afternoon Delight. The guys also talk to Ryan and Andy about the business, as well as who they are and where they come from. BBQ Bob and Jop also dive into the variety of foods that they offer.

Segment 10: The guys talk to Tim Surprise from Arcadia Ales about the 15th Anniversary going on at the brewery. Tim also gives the listeners some brews available at his brewery that goes well with the winter season. BBQ Bob also gives out another “Man Law” on men being responsible for really wanting something in life. The show then wraps up with a request from the fan of the show by a group called The Rocked entitled, “Turn up the Radio.”
