Walleye Fillets
Marinade made with 1 cup tequila, juice of 2 limes, 1 tsp cilantro
Put the fillets in a ziploc bag with the marinade, setting aside 1/4, and refrigerate for two hours.
Grill for 3 to 5 minutes per side.
Brush with the reserved marinade before serving.
