In the finest of Cajun tradition, this highball is a sipper to get you going before you go out and get your Mardi Gras on!

  • 1 1/2 oz. of Rye Whiskey
  • 1 dash of Herbsaint
  • 1 tsp. of sugar
  • 2 dashes of bitters
  • 1 lemon twist
  • two ice cubes
