Chef Peter Davidson, The Borrowed Chef (616 754 5539), put on an incredible spread to celebrate the 50th birthday of one of the Grillin’Guys favorite creative gurus, Greg Palazzolo, of Palazzolo Design Studio (he designed the Grillin’Guys logo).  We celebrated his birthday with a huge spread of food and wine, but of particular interest was this  “man-dish” of bone marrow butter.  Check out this photo. 
We roasted these cow leg bone segments in the oven at 350 degrees for 20 minutes on each side, and then scooped the marrow out and used it like butter on French Bread.  The only prep for this was sea salt and fresh ground pepper and a drizzle of Olive Oil.  You gotta try this one.  This is REAL MAN FOOD!

Chef Peter also brought this cool little tabletop grill that he fired with rubbing alcohol, and we grilled some Chorizo as an appetizer.
