Segment 1: The guys talk to Pam and Tom Lindsley from “Operation Injured Soldiers” about what they do for the injured military personnel. Pam also talks about the many activities and fundraisers that they do to help out the military.

Segment 2: The guys talk to “Mad Jack” from Mad Jack’s BBQ about his business and what food he offered the guys during their remote last week at The Dark Horse Brewery. Jack also talks about properly cooking a pork loin and pork belly seasoned with an olive paste. Jack also quickly dives into his catering business.

Segment 3: The guys talk to Jeff Lenhardt about the Wurstfest coming up in late September. The guys also talk to Remy Raleigh from Full Throttle Motorsports in Lansing, Michigan about some of the “big boy” toys he has in his store.

Segment 4: The guys talk to Mike Miller from Select Outdoor Kitchens in Missouri about his store and what he has to offer for your outdoor kitchen. The guys also talk to Kenny Petersen from The Round Barn Winery around St. Joesph, Michigan about his winery and what he is doing to celebrate “Michigan Wine Month.”

Segment 6: The guys talk to Cowboy Rob Russell from the Ace of Hearts Championship Barbecue Team about some upcoming barbecue schools with BBQ Bob coming up next week in New York on properly cooking some pork loins. Cowboy Rob also talks about an Apple Cranberry Pork Roast recipe.

Segment 7: The guys talk about a “Drunken Walleye” recipe and how crucial it is to be careful when flipping the Walleye. The guys also breakdown a Grilled Brown Trout recipe with Morel Mushrooms added to it. BBQ Bob then breaks down some Grilled Vidalia Onions with some E.V.O.O. and balsamic vinegars added to them.

Segment 8: The guys talk about some upcoming beer festivals in the near future at Paullie’s and Siciliano’s. The guys also break down some more grilling safety. The guys then turn their attention towards some Smoked Brisket and how to cook it properly. BBQ Bob also gives out another “Man Law” on going to the bathroom over a fishing boat. The show then wraps up with a tribute to the fishermen out there with a song by Craig Morgan called, “Almost Home.”
