August 10, 2013 Show – 2nd Hour

Summer is still cookin’! Listen to The Grillin’ Guys BBQ radio show for August 10th, 2013!
Segment 1: The guys talk to Rodney Beasley from Flint, Michigan, who used to have a barbecue business called Beasley’s in Wynona, Mississippi, about the Mississippi Barbecue profile.
Segment 2: The guys talk to Chef David Crews from Moorhead, Mississippi (“The King of American Seafood”) about grilling up some Seafood “Mississippi Style.”
Segment 3: The guys talk to Rick Evans, a retired Kent County Police Officer and old neighbor of BBQ Bob, about a Michigan man’s perspective on Mississippi Barbecue.
Segment 4: The guys dive into some grilling basics for beginners including some easy starter foods. BBQ Bob also gives out another “Man Law” on talking trash about The Simpsons or the majority of the Rocky movies. The show then wraps up with a tribute to the state of Mississippi with a song by Mountain called, “Mississippi Queen.”
