Segment 1: The guys are live from the Michigan Talk Network Studio as they start the show off by talking about smoking and brining your Smoked Pork Chops.

Segment 2: The guys dive into a Beer IQ Quiz as Jop tries to stump the Beer Master, BBQ Bob. BBQ Bob also gives a quick Whitetail Deer report.

Segment 3: The guys talk to Big Paullie about some Pheasant hunting and a “Coq Au Vin” recipe.

Segment 4: Jop dives into his new business adventure involving kitchens and bathrooms. The guys also talk to Chris Marks from the Ace of Hearts Championship Barbecue Team about the new Good One Outdoor Oven. Jop also gives another Fishing Report.

Segment 5: The guys talk about some smoking some Salmon on the grill. BBQ Bob also talks about a new grill he saw while visiting St. Louis, Missouri.

Segment 6: The guys talk to Max Trierweiler and Chris Andrus from The Mitten Brewing Company in Grand Rapids about their business and what they have to offer.

Segment 7: The guys talk to Scott Popovic from the Certified Angus Beef Association in Ohio about what their organization is and also talks about grilling different kinds of meat.

Segment 8: Jop dishes out a Melon Slushy drink. BBQ Bob also gives out another “Man Law” about not commenting on men sweating. The show then wraps up with a song by John Denver called, “Thank God I’m a Country Boy.”
