Segment 1: The guys are live from the Spartan Studios as Chas Thompson from Schmohz Brewery stops by and brings in some Schwartz Beer from his brewery. Chas also explains the happenings going on at his brewery, while BBQ Bob interviews Toni Naderhood from the Positive Chimney about her famous “Sun Pickles.”

Segment 2: The guys chat with “The Boss” Phil Tower on his “Thrill of the Grill” party in Greenville at St. Charles Catholic Parish. The guys also chat with Larry Mawby from L. Mawby about his variety of sparkling wines, and also what foods go well with certain wines.

Segment 3: Chas offers the guys his Oktoberfest Beer, while BBQ Bob talks about cooking pasties on the grill, along with his mom’s recipe.

Segment 4: The guys talk to Cowboy Rob Russell in New Jersey about his brat recipe. Jop also talks about a mistake he made with mosquito repellent and chicken, but also offers a repellent that will keep the bugs away from you while grilling.

Segment 5: The guys talk to Don Ericson of The Bow Tie Bar in Sparta about the 14th Annual Motorcycle Run to raise funds for M.S. BBQ Bob also gives the listeners a progress report on the new I-Grill….you will be pleased with the results. Jop also tells BBQ Bob a mistake he made grilling ribs and another mistake he made grilling brats.

Segment 6: BBQ Bob offers a Finnish Breakfast recipe for Kropsu on the grill to die for! He also gives the listeners his friend Paul Boluc’s Ham Explosion recipe that will make your taste buds go crazy! The guys also give us a new “Man Law” on going to the restroom with other people present there. The show ends with a tribute to a show they went to this past week in a song by Alice Cooper.
