Better than a good red wine and grilled steak!  Listen to The Grillin’ Guys show from August 18th 2012!
Segment 1: The guys are live from Lemon Creek Winery in Grand Haven, Michigan as they start the show off by talking to Kaitlyn Lemon about the business and what they are harvesting at the winery.

Segment 2: The guys talk to David “Mad Dog” DeMarco from The Game 730 AM in Lansing about a football preview and a Detroit Tigers update. The guys also talk to Marci Cisneros, the Executive Director of the Grand Haven Area Visitors Bureau, about what is going on around the Grand Haven area.

Segment 3: The guys talk to Kevin Peil from Tri-City Brewing in Bay City, Michigan about some awards they have won recently and what they have to offer at their microbrewery. BBQ Bob also tells a story when he was teaching some grilling classes.

Segment 4: The guys talk to Steve Raichlen, the master of barbecuing from Barbecue University, about some different styles of barbecuing ribs.

Segment 5: The guys talk to Danny Skiff from Texas about a Smoked Gulf Shrimp recipe, as well as a Grilled Oysters recipe.

Segment 6: The guys bring back Kaitlyn Lemon to talk about some summer wines, as well as a festival happening down in Berrien Springs.

Segment 7: The guys talk to Chef Joel Bradshaw and Owner Howard Meyer from the Bil-Mar Restaurant in Grand Haven about some Grilled Lobster, as well as what their business is all about.

Segment 8: The guys talk about a “Cave Man Steak” recipe, as well as give some advice when having kids around the grill. BBQ Bob also gives out another “Man Law” on learning from your vices and weaknesses. The show then wraps up with a song by Michigan’s own Marvin Gaye called, “Heard it Through the Grapevine.”
