Ingredients:

  • Pitted Dates
  • Thin Sliced Bacon – each strip cut in half
  • Pecan Halves
  • Toothpicks

 Recipe and Technique:

  1. Set your grill to medium heat
  2. Insert a Pecan Half into the cavity in a Pitted Date
  3. Wrap the stuffed date in a half strip of thing Bacon
  4. Secure the ends of the bacon by sticking the toothpick through the bacon and the date.
  5. Grill until the bacon is done to your likeness
