Segment 2: Jop and Bret talk to Chas from Schmohz Brewery about his Bacon-style buffet (“ Seven Ways of Bacon”) they have to celebrate their 7th Anniversary Bash. Chas also talks about the history of Schmohz and how it came to be. Bret Bakita also previews some football action this weekend with Wayne State in the Division II National Championship game today, as well as some bowl games going on at the Division I level.

Segment 4: The guys talk to BBQ Bob from Detroit, who talks about his Sweet Grilled Ham Steak recipe that is prefect for the holiday season. Jop also talks about parents teaching your kids to how to do a little grilling when it comes to shish kabobs.

Segment 5: The guys talk to Merle from Al and Bob’s Sports about the Archery sale going on at his store, as well as the Camp Cuervo donation going on for the war veterans. Jop also talks about using wood chips on the grill when it comes to getting a good taste from your meat.
