Segment 5: The guys talk about tenderizing your meat, especially Flank Steak. The guys talk about using a tenderizer called Jakard on your meat.

Segment 6: The guys talk about using a digital remote thermometer on an iGrill in the bitter cold weather. The thermometer is very useful so you do not overcook or undercook your meat.

The show then wraps up with a tribute to Valentine’s Day with a song by one of Motown’s greats Smokey Robinson called, “Don’t Know Why.”
