Segment 2: The guys talk to Alison Goodyke from Berlin Raceway about “Ribstock” happening on Saturday, September 6th along with the Backyard Masters tailgating competition occurring in July.
Segment 3: The guys dive into a Southwestern Chicken Salad recipe along with breaking down the different kinds of pork chops and how to properly select them at a market.
Segment 4: The guys talk about deep fryer techniques when frying fish, fries, wings, or hush puppies. BBQ Bob also gives out another “Man Law” on leaving your cell phone at the bar.
