Segment 3: The guys dive into a Southwestern Chicken Salad recipe along with breaking down the different kinds of pork chops and how to properly select them at a market.
Segment 4: The guys talk about deep fryer techniques when frying fish, fries, wings, or hush puppies. BBQ Bob also gives out another ā€œMan Lawā€ on leaving your cell phone at the bar.
