Summer is heating up!  Heat your Satuday up by listening to The Grillin’ Guys show from May 19th, 2012!

Segment 1: The guys are live from the St. Anthony’s Parish Festival on Richmond Street in Grand Rapids as they start the show off by talking to Matt Greff from Arbor Brewing in Ann Arbor, Michigan, about what is going on at his business these days. Matt also talks about some of his award-winning brews that he brought to guys on location.

Segment 2: The guys continue to chat with Matt from Arbor Brewing about his famous “Buzz Saw” microbrew. The guys then bring in Ace of Hearts Barbecue Master Chris Marks to talk about the new smoker called “The Renegade” that just came out, as well as some good old Ribs and Burgers on the smoker for Memorial Day weekend!

Segment 3: The guys talk to Chef Geoff Dewey, a Master Catering Chef, about what he is grilling up for the Memorial Day Weekend. BBQ Bob also talks about a wine tour he took recently at Fenn Valley Winery.

Segment 4: The guys talk to Greg Guidry from Percy Guidry Company in Lafayette, Louisiana about a new grill that has just come out nationwide. The guys also preview the Wurstfest coming up in late September.

Segment 5: The guys talk to Kaitlyn Lemon from Lemon Creek Winery in Grand Haven and Berrien Springs about her business and what she has to offer. Kaitlyn also talks about some wines that she brought to the guys on location. The guys also break down a Grilled Chicken Cordon Bleu recipe.

Segment 6: The guys talk to Father Mark, the priest at St. Anthony’s Parish, to talk about the festival at his parish this afternoon. BBQ Bob also talks about his Bacon Balsamic Explosion that he used during his trip in Illinois this past week. Jop also breaks down a Potato Planks side dish recipe.

Segment 7: The guys talk to Tom Pearce from Gordon Food Service about how he is an avid user of The Good One smoker and a true “Grillin’ Guy!” The guys also talk about how to use the smoker properly, as well as cooking your meats to the right temperature.

Segment 8: The guys preview some upcoming events and classes that they will be at in the month of June. The guys also talk to Tony from Vickie’s Pasty and BBQ about what is going on at his business. BBQ Bob also gives out another “Man Law” on men not giving up the control of the remote to ANY woman. The show then wraps up with a tribute to the late and great Donna Summer with a song called, “Last Dance.”
