Segment 1: The guys are live from the WBBL Studios as they start the show off by talking to Colonel Denny Gillem from the Frontlines of Freedom show on the Michigan Talk Network on the Memorial Day holiday and what makes it so important.

Segment 2:The guys talk to Big Paullie, President of the New Jersey Broadcasters Association, about what he is grilling up for the Memorial Day weekend.

Segment 3: The guys talk to Tim Surprise from the Arcadia Brewing Company in Battle Creek, Michigan about some new brews that have just come out from his brewery.

Segment 4: The guys talk to Wally Maurer from Domaine Berrien Cellars in Berrien Springs, Michigan about the wine industry and how his business is doing these days.

Segment 5: The guys talk to Gordy, a Butcher and General Manager at The Grist Mill in Canonsburg, Michigan, about what he has to offer at his butcher shop.

Segment 6: The guys talk about some Memorial Day recipes, such as a Bacon Mushroom Appetizer and a Corn recipe using Bacon fat as the butter! BBQ Bob also talks about some “Beer Can Chicken” involving Orange Juice and Apples!

Segment 7: BBQ Bob talks about a grilled Asparagus recipe, and he also talks about the difference between a rib eye and a chuck eye steak.

Segment 8: The guys promote some upcoming events, such as the next Grillin’ Club meeting, some grilling classes, and some upcoming remote broadcasts. Jop also talks about a “Tomato Chow-Chow” recipe. Producer Bryan Fongers gives out another “Man Law” on sticking your fingers in someone else’s beer can. The show then wraps up with a tribute to our military and the Memorial Day holiday with a song by Otherwise called, “Soldiers.”
