Segment 1: The guys are live from the Ace Hardware Store in Rockford, Michigan for a “Cinco de Mayo” show as they start off by talking to Amir from Artesian Distillers about their business and the many kinds of alcoholic beverages they have to offer. Amir also talks about his special Rum recipe. BBQ Bob also breaks down a Cole Peppers Rib Tips recipe.

Segment 2: BBQ Bob breaks down some Ancho Peppers and gives us a little history lesson on them. BBQ Bob also recommends using the peppers into making some chilli. The guys also break down some grilling safety when it comes to buying and checking your grill properly.

Segment 3: The guys talk to David “Mad Dog” DeMarco, Lansing’s Morning Show guy, about the Detroit Tigers so far, as well as a “Cinco de Mayo” party going on in Lansing. BBQ Bob also dives into more on the Cole Peppers Rib Tips recipe.

Segment 4: The guys talk to Chris Marks, a 9-time World Champion Barbecue Master, about where he is at today for a cooking class, as well as a Mexican Goat recipe (yes, Goat!). BBQ Bob also breaks down some statistics on why Michigan microbrews are rising quickly.

Pete also talks about the different grills that he sells in his store that the Grillin’ Guys approve! BBQ Bob also breaks down a Cheesy Bean Dip recipe perfect for “Cinco de Mayo!”

Segment 8: The guys continue their conversation with Brien Dew about some microbrews he will have available at his new brewery opening soon. BBQ Bob also breaks down a Skirt Steak recipe. BBQ Bob also gives out another “Man Law” on guys being able to call “BS” in certain situations. The show then wraps up with a tribute to the “Cinco de Mayo” holiday with a song by the great Johnny Cash called, “Ring of Fire.”
