Venison Burgers

2 pounds of ground venison
1 egg – beaten
2 tablespoon Worchester sauce
1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
1/4 cup chopped bacon bits
1/2 cup finely chopped sweet onion
1/4 cup finely chopped green pepper
1 Tablespoon lemon pepper
1/4 cup chopped red pepper
1/4 cup chopped yellow pepper
1/4 cup grape or cranberry juice
1 Cup of your favorite type of Rice
1 cup of water

 
 
Mix together well and form into patties.  Grill on high direct heat until meat reaches 145 or medium rare.  Enjoy.
