- 1 tablespoon black pepper
- 1 1/2 teaspoons cumin
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 Tbsp garlic powder
- 1 Tbsp oregano
- 3 Tbsp OWOC Garlic olive oil
- 1 small Spanish onion (sliced)
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- a splash of white wine
Garnish with avocado slices or watercress and a ripe sliced tomato
