Tearing up the airwaves like a summer storm, these guys are wild!  Listen to the August 20th, 2011 The Grillin’ Guys show.

Segment 1: The guys are live from The Spartan Studios as they bring a friend along with them, Buzz from the Standale Collection as he talks about “The Perfect Dream Deck.” The guys also chat with Tim Sobie of Sobie Meats as they chat about the expansion of the business.

Segment 2: The guys talk to Buzz about the cost difference in the types of wood you use for your deck, as well as how you properly clean your grill. Also, BBQ Bob dishes out his Grilled Green Tomatoes recipe.

Segment 3: The guys talk to Dave Thomas about his “Grillin’ and Chillin’” Facebook page, as well as his Grilled Watermelon recipe. The guys also talk about the upcoming M.S. Motorcycle Run at the Bow Tie Bar next weekend.

Segment 4: The guys talk to Kim Kowalski from Mt. Pleasant Brewing about the varieties of brews he is cooking up at his place of business. The guys also offer some tailgating tips, as well as how to protect you from the dreaded insect plague. They also give you a special buy-one-get-one-free offer on certain brats and burgers.

Segment 5: BBQ Bob dishes out his Smoked Onion Dip recipe, and he also talks about a Pergola that you can put over your deck. The guys also give out some rules to live by when it comes to hosting a barbeque and properly smoking your meat.

Segment 6: The guys give some more grillin’ rules such as not running out of fuel while grilling, having a clean workspace when preparing food (cross-contamination), and asking guests to bring dishes to pass. The guys also give another “Man Law” on asking angry people if they are mad because they are not talking, and they wrap up the show with a song by Detroit’s own, Kid Rock.
