Ingredients
• 24 oz. apple juice
• 3 tablespoons dark brown sugar
• 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
• 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
• 1/2 teaspoon dried crushed red pepper
• 1 cup bourbon
How to Make It
Stir together first 4 ingredients in a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Reduce heat to medium, and simmer, stirring occasionally, 13 to 15 minutes or until mixture has thickened and is reduced to about 1 cup. Stir in bourbon and red pepper and simmer 5 more minutes.
