Building Bruschetta

  • Tomatoes
  • Garlic
  • Basil
  • Oregano
  • Red Onion
  • Green onion
  • OWO Co. Tuscan
  • OWO Co. 18 year balsamic
  • Salt and Pepper
  • Finely Shredded Parmesan
  • How To Build:

Slice the bread at around 3/8” thick, brush with evoo and grill both sides to your liking.  Cut tomatoes into ¼” chunks, finely chop all other herbs and onions.  Combine all this in a large mixing bowl with an appropriate amount of oil.  I’m leaving the measuring up to you because I don’t measure.  Got it?

Place your platter of bread on the serving dish and another dish with the mixture and let your guests build each slice the way they like.  Make lots because it will surprise you when you see your friends and family gorge on it.
