Segment 1: BBQ Bob is out of the studio in Utah so this week Croppie Joppie is hosting the show with the help of Michael Grey. The guys talk about grilling competitions and what it takes to compete in one. Also, this week’s show is Mardi Gras themed.

Segment 2: The Grillin’ Guys recap the Winter Beer Festival. Going along with the Mardi Gras themed show, they talk about cajun cooking and getting ready for spring grilling.
