- Two lbs. skinless/boneless thighs
- One large, sweet onion
- One orange or two clementine’s
- 2T ground ginger
- 1T White pepper
- Soy Sauce
- Sugar
- Toasted sesame oil
- OWOC Garlic evoo
- Orange marmalade
Place large cast skillet or Dutch Oven on grill surface to pre-heat. Cut thighs into smaller pieces which make serving convenient. Cut onion into sizes of your preference. Dismember orange into slices.
Pour in both oils and heat. Place chicken and onions in skillet and brown thoroughly while seasoning with pepper and ginger. Close grill lid or cover pan 10 minutes. Place oranges on top and cover 5 minutes.
Turn off heat and spread marmalade on top. Close grill and coast for 10 minutes. Serve.
