Ingredients

• 2/3 c. Greek yogurt
• 3 tbsp. lemon juice
• 3 tbsp. OWO Co. Lime EVOO
• 2 tbsp. harissa
• 2 tsp. ground cumin
• 1/2 tsp. apple pie spice
• 1 1/4 tsp. Kosher salt
• 2 1/2 lb. lamb or beef top sirloin beef

Directions

1. Step 1 Stir together Greek yogurt, lemon juice, olive oil, harissa, cumin, apple pie spice, and salt. Toss with lamb or beef.
2. Step 2 Marinate at least 2 hours or up to 4 hours in refrigerator.
3. Step 3 Wipe off excess marinade before threading onto skewers and grilling.
