More comforting than Thanksgiving dinner with your family! Listen to the November 19th, 2011 The Grillin’ Guys show.

Segment 1: The guys are live from the Spartan Studios as they start the show off by talking to Tim Sobie of Sobie Meats. Tim talks about the variety of meats he has at his business, as well as his new place opening up.

Segment 2: The guys talk to Merle from Al & Bob’s Sports about the hunting season that is currently going on right now. Merle also gives Bob some hunting tips, as well as any person using a certain weapon while hunting deer. Merle also gives an update on the WBBL Big Buck Contest.

Segment 3: The guys talk about the process of “brining” when it comes to cooking a Turkey.

Segment 4: The guys talk about their experience at the Wine, Beer, and Food Festival this weekend. The guys then get into some deep-fried Turkey when it comes to cooking it properly. Safety is also another priority when cooking the Turkey, so the guys also give some safety tips so you don’t fry yourself.

Segment 5: We go over the local High School Football playoff action going on today with all the area teams, as well as the college football scene. BBQ Bob also goes over on how to cook some grilled Turkey Breast properly.

Segment 6: The guys talk to Keith Guidry “T-Guid” of the Percy Guidry Company about cooking a Cajun Turducken recipe. Keith also talks about some certain spices to use that go well with certain Cajun dishes.

Segment 7: BBQ Bob dishes out his Venison Marinade recipe that goes well with any other meat as well (this comes from the Urban Whitetail Deer Farm). Jop also talks about his adventures with Deer Camp last weekend..

Segment 8: BBQ Bob dishes out his Sweet Potato Pie Casserole that is perfect for the Thanksgiving holiday!

Segment 10: BBQ Bob dishes out a Cranberry Orange Bread Pudding recipe that goes well for Thanksgiving. BBQ BOB also gives out another “Man Law” on bonding with your girlfriend’s friends when meeting them for the first time (and her bonding with your buddies as well). The show then wraps up with a tribute to the Thanksgiving holiday with a song by Louie Armstrong called, “What a Wonderful World.”
