• 6-10 Potatoes
  • 1.5 lbs of Hamburger (not lean)
  • 1 Rutabaga
  • 1 Large Onion
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Pie Crust Dough

Cut potatoes and rutabaga into about one half inch cubes.  Dice onion and mix all ingredients in large bowl.  Season with salt & pepper.

Roll out dough into thin sheet about the size of a large tortilla.  Scoop a heavy handful of filling onto one side of crust.  Fold over to shape lengthwise and knead the seam to seal.  Bake at 350 for about an hour.

Serve with Ketchup and some nice pickles.

Note:  Never, I mean never add carrots.  That is unyooper.
