Segment 1: The guys are live from Gerrit’s Appliance for the Metro Cruise on 28th Street in Grand Rapids as they start the show off by Jop giving a fishing report. BBQ Bob also gives some techniques in properly smoking Salmon.

Segment 2: The guys talk to former NFL great and Strength and Conditioning Coach Billy Long in Alabama about his way of grilling chicken.

Segment 3: The guys talk to Keith “T-Guid” Guidry of the Percy Guidry Company in Lafayette, Louisiana about some Cajun Sausage and Chicken Gumbo.

Segment 4: The guys talk to Dave Engbers, founder of Founders Brewing Company, about some microbrews available at their facility.

Segment 5: The guys talk to Dale from Gerrit’s Appliance about what is going on today at the Metro Cruise. Jop also gives out a Potato-Tomato Salad recipe.

Segment 6: The guys talk to Merle Shoemaker from Al and Bob’s Sports about getting your bow ready for the hunting season.

Segment 7: The guys talk to Coach Noel Dean of the Lowell Red Arrows about their victory Thursday night over the Rockford Rams, as well as talk about the Pink Arrow Project game coming up against Grand Haven.

Segment 8: The guys talk to Doug Tuttle, the Co-Director of the Michigan Titanium Triathlon, about the race that is coming up tomorrow. BBQ Bob also gives out another “Man Law” on getting started to be great. The show then wraps up with a tribute to the 28th Street Metro Cruise with a song by The Beach Boys called, “409.”
