Ingredients:
- Pitted Dates
- Thin Sliced Bacon – each strip cut in half
- Pecan Halves
- Toothpicks
Recipe and Technique:
- Set your grill to medium heat
- Insert a Pecan Half into the cavity in a Pitted Date
- Wrap the stuffed date in a half strip of thing Bacon
- Secure the ends of the bacon by sticking the toothpick through the bacon and the date.
- Grill until the bacon is done to your likeness
