- Squirt of Big Bob Gibson White Sauce (Available online)
- Hawaiian Roll
Recipe and Technique:
- Cut the Hawaiian Roll in half – removing the top
- Place 4 oz of smoked beef brisket on the roll (Beef Brisket Recipe)
- Squirt on the Big Bob Gibson White Sauce on the Brisket
- Place the slice of baby swiss on top
- Replace the Hawaiian roll top
