  1. Cut the Hawaiian Roll in half – removing the top
  2. Place 4 oz of smoked beef brisket on the roll (Beef Brisket Recipe)
  3. Squirt on the Big Bob Gibson White Sauce on the Brisket
  4. Place the slice of baby swiss on top
  5. Replace the Hawaiian roll top
