2 T honey
2 T extra-virgin olive oil
2 tsp.Ā Italian seasoning
Kosher salt
Restaurant grind black pepper
4Ā boneless skinless chicken breasts
4Ā slices Provolone or mozzarella
2 Whole avocados sliced
2 tomatoes sliced
A handful of freshly sliced basil,
Balsamic reduction for the win (simmer one cup of 18 year balsamic for 10 minutes and cool.)
