3/4 c. Old World Olive Co. 18 year balsamic

2 Cloves chopped fresh garlic

2 T honey

2 T extra-virgin olive oil

2 tsp. Italian seasoning

Kosher salt

Restaurant grind black pepper

4 boneless skinless chicken breasts

4 slices Provolone or mozzarella

2 Whole avocados sliced

2 tomatoes sliced

A handful of freshly sliced basil,

Balsamic reduction for the win (simmer one cup of 18 year balsamic for 10 minutes and cool.)
