Grilled Bruschetta

1 Loaf Vienna Bread
½ Cup of Olive Oil
5 Fresh Roma Tomatoes Diced
2 Cloves of Garlic
1 Cup Finely Chopped Basil
½ Cup Finely Chopped Fresh Oregano
¼ Cup Minced Red Onion
1 Bunch of Green Onions
¼ Cup of Balsamic Reduction
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
¼ Cup of Olive Oil  (for bread)
¼ Cup Grated Parmesan (for topping)
 
Combine ingredients in mixing bowl and chill for 2 hours covered.
Preheat grill to medium heat.
Cut bread diagonally into ½ inch slices.  Brush on oil lightly on both sides and grill to crispy texture.
Spoon mixture onto slices arranged on platter.  Sprinkle cheese as finish.
