It’s tailgatin’ season!  Listen to the September 10th, 2011 The Grillin’ Guys show.

Segment 1: The guys are live from The Spartan Studios as they talk to Bill Best from TEC Infrared Technologies about the latest grilling technologies of his company. The guys also bring in a special guest, Shasta Sase from Old World Olive Press about the various oil and vinegars available at her store.

Segment 2: The guys take some calls on what people are tailgating today, as well as giving out some grilling tips. Shasta Sase also gives the guys advice on marinating your meat with the various oil and vinegars.

Segment 3: The guys talk to Lowell Head Football Coach Noel Dean on The Pink Arrow Project. Jop also gives out some advice on forming the perfect tailgating team (with responsibilities for EVERY person).

Segment 4: The guys talk to Doug Dorda from Sicilliano’s (“The Beer Guru”) on tailgating beer advice. The guys also reach out to Cowboy Rob Russell, who is in South Dakota teaching a cooking class. Cowboy Rob gives the listeners some advice on properly cooking a pig (or hog).

Segment 5: The guys talk to Dale from Gerrit’s Appliances about the best tailgating grills available at their store. Jop also gives out some tailgating tips and ideas that will make your tailgating experience more enjoyable! BBQ Bob also dishes out his Grilled Brushetta recipe.

Segment 6: The guys talk to Mark Heineken about their Blacktop 360 grill specifically made for ONLY tailgating! Mark also talks about properly cooking your meat on his grill, as well as properly cleaning it up. BBQ Bob also gives out another “Man Law” on not bringing to attention about how much a man is sweating….PERIOD!!! The show wraps up with a tribute to all of the football players across state with the song, “The Boys of Fall” by Kenny Chesney.
