Segment 1: The guys are live from the Grillin’ Guys Studio as they begin the show by recapping the “Backyard Master” competition last weekend at Berlin Raceway and talking to Eric Karns from Elk Brewing in Grand Rapids about what his brewery is all about.
Segment 2: BBQ Bob dives into some Country Ribs and small Beef Ribs. The guys also bring back Eric Karns to discuss which beer goes well with Ribs along with additional brews available at his destination.
Segment 3: The guys talk about planning a party and picking the right recipe that includes indirect grilling. BBQ Bob also dishes out a “Bitchin’ Beans” recipe.
Segment 4: The guys talk about the next “Ribstock” competition coming up in early September. BBQ Bob also gives out another “Man Law” on grilling always being the first choice of cooking.
