Segment 1: The guys are live from Gerrit’s Appliance on the Michigan Talk Network as they start the show off by talking to Jeff Coon from Frankenmuth Brewery about the Michigan Beer Festival upcoming up this July in Frankenmuth.

Segment 2:The guys talk to Patricia Ferguson, a chef that Bob met on a trip that specializes in Asian grilling, about some Grilled Tuna Steaks. Patricia also talks about picking the right piece of tuna in the market.

Segment 3: The guys talk to John Gonzalez from “Gonzo Gone Wild” on 1340AM WJRW in Grand Rapids on his new mission to find the best barbecue across the state of Michigan.

Segment 4: The guys talk to Keith Guidry (“T-Guid”) from the Percy, Guidry Company in Lafayette, Lousisana about some Grits on the grill Cajun style! The guys also talk about how to pick the right charcoal grill in terms of quality.

Jop also breaks down a Grilled Broccoli recipe with a special sauce for the topping. BBQ Bob also gives out another “Man Law” on men not being allowed to leave a sporting event early or bake on game day. The show wraps up with a song by the Ohio Players called, “Fire.”
