Segment 2: The guys talk to Keith Guidry (“T-Guid”) from the Percy Guidry Company in Lafayette, Louisiana about some Cajun Barbecue Chicken.
Segment 3: The guys dive into some Brick Chicken and how to prepare and cook it properly along with a Grilled Chicken Salad recipe.
Segment 4: The guys talk about Ribstock and the Backyard Masters competition happening at Berlin Raceway later this summer. BBQ Bob also gives out another “Man Law” on talking bad about The Simpsons or any Terminator movie.
