Segment 1:Ā The guys are live from the WBBL Studios as they start the show off by talking about the beginning of fishing season, as well as deep frying some Blue Gill. The guys also dive in more about how to properly use different deep fryers. The guys also talk about some snacks for the March Madness season.

Segment 2:Ā The guys talk to Tim Sobie from Sobie Meats, who brought in some goodies to the studio! Tim talks about the upcoming St. Patrickā€™s Day holiday and some Irish and Polish food that he makes at his meat market.

Segment 3: BBQ Bob talks to comedian Jeff Foxworthy, who is the new spokesperson for Timber Ridge, when he was down in Atlanta, Georgia last week. Tim Sobie rejoins the guys to talk about some more Irish cooking.

Segment 4: The guys talk to WBBL Program Director Bret Bakita, who is out at Al and Bobā€™s Sports today, about the kids fishing contest and the beginning of fishing season.

Segment 5:Ā The guys talk more about Laughfest in downtown Grand Rapids, as well as promote The Grillinā€™ Club that starts Wednesday at Schmohz!

Segment 6: The guys talk more to Tim Sobie about some concerns going on the meat industry today (i.e. ā€œPink Slimeā€). The guys also talk to Heather, Barry, and Jackson from Harmony Brewing Company about the brewery and how it got to where it is today. They also talk about their ā€œBlack Smokey Pete Porterā€ microbrew, as well as some pizzas they make at their brewery.

The guys talk to Billy Quinn from Quinn and Tuites Irish Pub about some events going on this week at his establishment to celebrate the St. Patrickā€™s Day holiday. He also talks about Green Beer being a phony tradition for the hardcore Irish people.

Segment 9: The guys talk to Cowboy Rob Russell from Ace of Hearts Barbecue about the show in Atlanta, Georgia that he and BBQ Bob went to this past week. Rob also talks about the new smoker they have just released to the audience.

Segment 10: BBQ Bob gives out a Salmon Chips recipe that he discovered when he was in Atlanta last week. BBQ Bob also gives out another ā€œMan Lawā€ about complimenting another man on his six-pack. The show then wraps up with a tribute to the upcoming St. Patrickā€™s Day holiday with a song by the Dropkick Murphyā€™s called, ā€œIā€™m Shipping up to Boston.ā€
