Ingredients:
- 4 oz of smoked pulled pork butt(pork shoulder)
- Vinegar Based Slaw
- Vienna Roll (crusty outside, soft inside tennis ball size roll) Schnitz Bakery on Fulton Street
- Carolina Mustard Based BBQ Sauce (or your favorite sauce)
Recipe and Technique:
- Cut the Vienna Roll in half – removing the top
- Place 4 oz of smoked pulled pork on the roll (Pulled Pork Recipe)
- Place a tablespoon full of Slaw on the pork
- Squirt on the BBQ Sauce on the slaw
- Replace the Vienna roll top
