Ingredients:

  1. 4 oz of smoked pulled pork butt(pork shoulder)
  2. Vinegar Based Slaw
  3. Vienna Roll (crusty outside, soft inside tennis ball size roll)  Schnitz Bakery on Fulton Street
  4. Carolina Mustard Based BBQ Sauce (or your favorite sauce)

 Recipe and Technique:

  1. Cut the Vienna Roll in half – removing the top
  2. Place 4 oz of smoked pulled pork on the roll (Pulled Pork Recipe)
  3. Place a tablespoon full of Slaw on the pork
  4. Squirt on the BBQ Sauce on the slaw
  5. Replace the Vienna roll top
