The guys also bring in a special guest, Shasta Sase from Old World Olive Press about the various oil and vinegars available at her store.

Segment 4: The guys talk to Doug Dorda from Sicillianoā€™s (ā€œThe Beer Guruā€) on tailgating beer advice. The guys also reach out to Cowboy Rob Russell, who is in South Dakota teaching a cooking class. Cowboy Rob gives the listeners some advice on properly cooking a pig (or hog).

Mark also talks about properly cooking your meat on his grill, as well as properly cleaning it up. The show wraps up with a tribute to all of the football players across state with the song, ā€œThe Boys of Fallā€ by Kenny Chesney.
